As it does not contain water or solvent, it can attain peak bonding strength very quickly and dry easily. Glue usually melts at about 70-80 degrees Celsius temperature. One can add 2 to 3 litres of water while melting as per the requirement of viscosity, quality of paper & board. Once melted, the glue is ready to use. Hot melt glue (Jelly type glue) supplied by us can provide adhesion to materials like paper, soft board, plastic sheets, variety of cloth etc. Hence book binders, Catalog & Album Binders, Printing presses, wedding card manufacturers have relied on Sarvayogam Corp to supply adhesive solutions. The glue can also be used for duplex binding, board to board pasting, sheet to sheet pasting, box manufacturing and many more. In case excessive glue is left after the process, it will solidify automatically and remain in tray. It can be reused in the next application. Hence the wastage is almost 0 %. The polymer determines the strength, toughness & flexibility of the glue. Waxes are added for maintaining temperatures and liquidity while application. Antioxidants are added to prevent unnecessary oxidation reactions and prevent charring. Other components to enhance the flow characteristics are also added. We supply two grades of Hot melt glue (Jelly type glue), called Grade I & Grade II.
