At the Southwest Scoliosis Institute, Richard Hostin, MD, Ioannis Alexander, MD, and Dr. Shyam Kishan, MD are committed to providing the highest quality care in the diagnosis and treatment of complex spine, scoliosis and revision surgery — including pediatric and adult spinal deformity, spinal tumors, and degenerative conditions of the spine in a private, comfortable setting. Our spine team is comprised of surgeons, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, therapists, nurses and administrative staff whose primary goal is to help you get better and make the journey as comfortable as possible. New patients will meet their physician on their first appointment and he will examine your spine, understand your thoughts and symptoms, and communicate a clear diagnosis. He will then coordinate with you and your caregivers to devise a treatment plan just for you.
