Application Scope : This system is designed for automated quantitative packaging of various bulk materials including granular, flaky, blocky, and spherical products. Applications cover: snack foods such as candies, biscuits, crispy crackers, potato chips, and French fries; roasted nuts including peanuts, sunflower seeds, cashews, walnuts, and pistachios; frozen foods like dumplings, fish balls, and shrimp balls; agricultural products such as mushrooms, wood ear mushrooms, and jujubes; as well as pet food, whole grains, and traditional Chinese herbal decoction pieces—all requiring precise weighing and packaging for loose materials. Main Features 1.The machine is made of 304 stainless steel with polished welding joints, complying with GMP certification standards. 2.The complete equipment can be manually fed into the storage hopper, with a vibrator for material feeding. A lifting conveyor elevates the material to the multihead weigher for weighing. After weighing, a rejection system identifies and judges the products: qualified products enter the packaging process, while overweight or out-of-tolerance products are automatically rejected and not packaged. Qualified products are automatically filled into the forming tube. The packaging machine performs film pulling, film feeding, cursor detection, heat sealing and slitting. A coder prints information such as production date, batch number, expiry date, etc. The finished product conveyor outputs packaged bags. 3.The whole line consists of a Z-type material elevator, multihead computer combination weigher, Model 420 vertical packaging machine, workbench, finished product conveyor and coding machine. 4.The elevator is equipped with a material level sensor for automatic start-stop control, and the feeding speed is adjustable via frequency conversion. 5.The packaging machine adopts a PLC control system with a touchscreen HMI. It can automatically complete filling, film feeding, bag making, photoelectric tracking, heat sealing, slitting and other processes without manual operation. 6.The servo film transport system features accurate positioning, high-quality synchronous film feeding, and stable and reliable performance. 7.The main frame can be moved left and right directly via the touchscreen to facilitate smooth film transport. 8.Equipped with cursor detection to ensure complete packaging bags. PID digital temperature display is provided, and temperature can be adjusted freely according to heat sealing patterns or packaging material sealing requirements. 9.Features automatic rejection of overweight and out-of-tolerance products (unqualified products are not packaged), with recyclable rejected materials. 10.Equipped with an air extraction function to reduce air inside packaging bags for easier bundling and boxing. 11.The multihead weigher adopts mirror-polished weighing hoppers (no less than 10 hoppers), with no dead corners, easy disassembly and convenient cleaning. It supports storage of 0–99 sets of production data parameters for quick parameter switching. 12.Can be equipped with a coding machine to print information including production date, production batch number, expiry date, etc.
