It can be made into insulated KCF welding location pins(guide pins) and location bushings(guide sleeves) for nut welding or bolt welding.We developed our own KCF material and named it DIP alloy. Our KCF Alloy Rods has been sold to many countries and regions all over the world.Our locating pins and locating bushings are characterized for its good durability, excellent insulativity, super surface hardness and anti-abrasive capability. Now, we can provide KCF alloy rod diameter from 10mm to 40mm, length of a rod is 1 meter. Also we can make special diameter rods according to your requirements.

These Welding Location Pins is a kind of insulated welding guide pins made from KCF special alloy material. It has a special insulated surface and this insulated surface is a film growing from alloy base inside, not an external insulation coating. Welding Location Pins had been being used for locating threaded or non-threaded nuts to eliminate arcing or powerful electric current threaded damage, protecting screw thread during the resistance welding process.
