1.Description Light weight high alumina insulation brick is made of high purity high alumina bauxite as the main material by shaping at high pressure and sintering at high temperature.High alumina insulating brick is a kind of porous material with Al2O3 content above 48%. Its refractoriness is 1770-2000 DegreeC.The bulk density is 0.4-1.35g/cm3,the porosity is 66%-73%, crushing strength is 1.3-8.1MPa, thermal conductivity is 0.291-0.582W/(m.K) (1350 DegreeC) 2.Feature 1.Low levels of iron and other impurities 2.High mechanical intensity 3.High refractoriness, can contact with the flame directly, suitable for various atmosphere 4.High porosity, low volume density, low thermal conductivity 5.Good heat insulating performance and energy-efficient 6.Excellent thermal shock resistance 7.Strong resistance to the corrosive gas and slag 8.Long service life 3.Application Light weight high alumina insulation brick can be in direct contact with the flame,this insulating brick can be used as inner lining brick of industry kilns wall and industry furnance.such as blast furnace, hot blast stoves ,electric arc furnace, cement kiln,melting furnace, ignition furnace, flue, refining equipment, heating equipment and piping, regeneration device, gas furnace, soaking furnace, annealing furnace, heat reaction chamber and other thermal industrial equipment.

1.Description Fire clay refractory brick is made from flint clay clinker and binder,through high temperature sintering. Al2O3 content is 30%-48%, SiO2 content is 50%-65%, and a small number of alkali metals, alkaline earth metal oxides, etc. Mineral composition is usually mullite, quartz and glass phase. Its refractoriness is 1580-1750 DegreeC, refractoriness under load is 1250-1450 DegreeC, line expansion coefficients is low, with good thermal shock resistance and strong ability to resist erosion acid slag. 2.Feature 1. 1.Description High alumina fire brick contain Al2O3 more than 48%, which is made of high grade bauxite through high temperature calcinations. Its refractories is usually above 1770 DegreeC. The main mineral components are corundum and mullite phases. It is a kind of neutral refractory material so that it enjoys excellent resistance to acid and alkali corrosion. According to Al2O3 content,it can be divided into three degrees:The Al2O3 content is more than 75%.The Al2O3 content range from 60% to 75%.The Al2O3 content range from 48% to 60%. 2.Feature 1.
