The valve body is the control center of the automatic transmission. It contains several channels and passages that direct hydraulic fluid to the many valves which then activate the appropriate clutch pack or band servo to smoothly shift to the appropriate gear. SEACO produces on average a 1000 valve bodies a year. These valves have a maximum weight of 70 kgs and are produced from the material Grey Iron. The product is used chiefly in Hydraulics.

The cylinder blocks produced at SEACO come in different weights ranging from 39 kgs to 142 kgs and are applicable in tractors, passenger cars, commercial modes, and construction equipment. The blocks are exported as well as used in the domestic market. The material used to produce the blocks is Grey Iron and on average, SEACO creates 480000 raw as well as machined pieces yearly. The types of cylinder blocks produced are; 3 bore block, 4 bore block, S3 Cylinder Block, SDE BLOCK, 4 DI CC m/c, Crankcase Agni Casting SF, 1.05 liter 3 cylinder block and more.

SEACO manufactures high quality Transmission Case at competitive prices. A transmission case plays the role of transferring power from the transmission to the front and rear axles through drive shafts. Transmission cases at SEACO are manufactured using Grey Iron. They are produced with a weight range of 52 kgs to 208 kgs and a largely used in tractors, passenger cars, commercial modes, and construction equipment in not only the domestic market but are also exported. Some of the items produced are; Garden Track transmission, CASE (TRANSMISSION), E52A Case (Transmission) TC740-2131K, Compact transcase, AGNI Trans. Case, MMTC H2 Regular and many more. On average, 65000 raw and machined pieces are manufactured yearly.

Axles are used to a large extent in the vehicle industry and are an integral part of most automobiles. It serves mainly as a central shaft for rotating a wheel or gear. The axle casings that are produced at SEACO have varying weight ranging from 70 kgs to a maximum of 120 kgs. The product is manufactured using Grey and SG Iron, and is widely used in the domestic market for commercial vehicles and tractors. SEACO produces 5388 axle casings as well as Gamma axle casings and on average manufactures 30,000 raw and machined pieces per year.

A differential casing is a structure that has the property that, the angular velocity of its carrier is the average of the angular velocities of its sun and annular gears. The differential casings manufactured at SEACO are widely used in tractors, passenger cars, commercial modes, and construction equipment. Produced using Grey and SG Iron, the differential casings come in weight ranging from 14 kgs to 180 kgs. The volume produced every year at SEACO is 10000 raw and machined pieces.

SEACO manufactures high quality Wheel Hub at competitive prices. A wheel hub is an automotive part and is located between the brake drums or discs and the drive axle. SEACO manufactures wheel hubs in volumes of 70000 every year. The hubs produced are raw and machined and the material used to manufacture them is SG Iron. Wheel hubs are applicable in Commercial modes in the domestic market and have varying weight ranging from 13 kgs to 50 kgs. SEACO manufactures high quality Gear Box Housings at competitive prices. A Gear Box Housing is used to encase the gear box and protects the internal components from elemental damage from the outside. Gear box housings manufactured at SEACO have a weight ranging to a maximum of 220 kg and are largely used in the Tractor, Passenger and Commercial industries. We supply the products in raw casting as well as fully machined ones.Gear box housings are manufactured in both Grey Iron, wherein both casting and machining are manufactured with it or Aluminum, wherein only the machining is made and the casting is sourced from a third party. Our yearly volume comprises of 700,000 raw casting pieces on average.

We manufactures high quality Cylinder Head at competitive prices. Cylinder heads are used in internal combustion engines as a cover for the cylinder block. It encases the cylinder to form the combustion chamber and is sealed by a head gasket. Cylinder heads play a key role in the proper functioning of an engine. At SEACO, we manufacture cylinder heads, for single to 6 cylinder engines, in raw casting as well as fully machined ones with the valve seat and guide fitted. With the weight ranging from 11 to 110 kgs, the choice of material used to manufacture the product is either Grey Iron, wherein both casting and machining are manufacturedwith it or Aluminum, wherein only the machining is made and the casting is sourced from outside. Our cylinder heads are used largely in Tractors and Commercial modes of transport. We produce on average a volume of 180,000 casting pieces and 300,000 machined pieces every year.
