We can supply stainless steel plates in a wide dimension range and any steel grade as per ASTM A240 manufacturing specification. We maintain extensive inventory of stainless steel plates in thickness range of 3mm to 100mm to meet the immediate purchase requirements of our customers. Stainless steel plates are normally available in hot rolled form (3mm to 100mm), in width of 1250/1500/2000 and 2500mm. Stainless steel plate can be a hot rolled or a cold rolled stainless steel product. Hot rolled plate has a dull gray, mill finish and cold rolled has a smooth, brighter finish. It can be sourced from coil in gauges from 3/16” thru ½”, and widths up to 72” wide. Stainless steel is essentially a low carbon steel which contains chromium at 10% or more by weight. It is this addition of chromium that gives the steel its unique stainless, corrosion-resisting properties. The corrosion resistance and other useful properties of the steel are enhanced by increased chromium content and the addition of other elements such as molybdenum, nickel, and nitrogen. ASTM/ASME A-106/SA-106 seamless pipe is one of our most widely used grade of alloy steel, followed by ASTM A333 Grade 6 low temperature service pipes. Our welded pipes are inspected by 100% X-RAY. We sell welded steel pipes in all major grades and sizes encompassing stainless steel, carbon steel, titanium and high grade special alloys. Our stock of stainless steel welded pipes and stainless steel welded tubes primarily consist of the austenitic grades of stainless, s steel including 201, 202, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321, 321H, 347, 347H and 310S in annealed and pickled, bright annealed, mill finish and polished conditions. Our welded stainless steel pipe comes in a large variety of dimensions and alloys. You can also get your welded stainless pipe custom cut and polished to your specifications. Stainless Steel Welded Pipe upto 12 NPS in double random length are manufactured using coils. The welding process is controlled by laser seam tracking equipment to optimize the quality of weld seam.
