ZYB series of autoclaved brick no pallet packing machine used the processing technology of the finished brick extending from the end of the autoclaved brick production line. It is able to pack the whole wagon of finished bricks after getting out of the autoclave, which can greatly reduce the broken bricks caused in the process of moving and unloading and also achieve the mechanized and automated transportation of brick stacks. This technology would lead the trend of finished bricks packing, storage and transportation automation. It would become the latest technology to improve the ability of automation production for the new wall material manufacturer. By the ferry and transport equipments, the whole wagon of bricks after getting out of the autoclave is moved to the gripper facility initial position. The gripper facility will clamp the whole wagon of bricks in twice and place the bricks on the pallet which is already in place, then continue transporting to the second clamping position for vertically clamping. Then the brick stack will be moved to the first strapping position with the pallet for packing, then the stack would be moved to the second strapping position by the steering system for the cross-packing. When the twice packing is finished, the forklift will transport the brick stacks to the finished product yard and the pallet will orderly move to the packing machine initial position for recycling. The cycle process realizes the recycling of the pallet and truly achieves without-pallet packing production for the finished bricks. Main technical features and advantages 1.
